✅ After Each Use:

Rinse thoroughly & immediately after use with cold, clean water to remove chlorine, saltwater, sunscreen, and body oils. Pool chemicals and oil residues can be particularly damaging to swimwear.
- Do not wrap your swimsuit in a towel as this retains chemicals and heat in close contact with the garment and may cause premature deterioration of swimwear and may cause colors to cross-stain.

Hand wash gently with mild detergent or swimsuit-specific wash (no bleach or harsh soaps).

Do not soak for extended periods.
❌ Avoid:

No machine washing or drying — this can damage fabric and elasticity.

No wringing or twisting — press gently to remove water.

Avoid rough surfaces — sitting on pool edges or concrete and avoid contact with rough surfaces, flumes, or slides can cause pilling/snags and damage the suit.

Do not iron or dry clean.
🌤 Drying & Storage:

Air dry flat immediately in the shade, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Never use a dryer or radiator — heat breaks down Lycra®/ Elastane / Spandex fibers.

Store when fully dry, ideally flat or rolled, not hung (to prevent stretching).

Rotate suits: Having more than one suit reduces wear from daily use.

Use a mesh bag for storage while wet (but don't store long-term when damp).

Chlorine-resistant fabrics last longer — but still benefit from quick rinses.

For regular swimmers, we recommend choosing from our Endurance+® or Endurance+Max range — 100% chlorine resistant and built to last.

Loose-fitting swimwear wears out faster. Opt for styles that fit snugly to your body.

When putting on your SPEEDO® suit, do not pull forcefully on the fabric. It’s best to pull it up gradually in stages, holding at the leg openings to reduce strain on the material.
To help extend the life of the cap and avoid future damage, here are a few care tips:
✅ After Each Use:
- Rinse with clean, cool water to remove chlorine, salt, and sweat.
- Gently pat dry with a soft towel — do not wring or twist.
✅ Drying & Storage:
- Let the cap air-dry completely before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects.
- Avoid folding or creasing — lay it flat or loosely roll it.
❌ Avoid:
- Using nails or sharp fingers when putting it on or removing it — this can cause tears.
- Leaving the cap in hot cars or direct sunlight for long periods.
- Harsh cleaning agents, alcohol-based products, or abrasive materials.
💡 Extra Tip:
- Occasionally sprinkle a little baby powder or talcum powder inside to prevent the cap from sticking to itself.
RETURN POLICY
- You may return any item purchased on the Site within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item. Returned item may be exchanged for any item in the online store provided the return requirements are met.
To be eligible for the return and exchange, your item:
- Must be in perfect selling condition
- Still look unused having no wear and tear
- In its original packaging with hangtag still attached
- Must have the receipt as proof of purchase
- The item being returned may be exchanged for an item of equal value. If the value of the returned item is higher than that of the item being taken in exchange, no cash refund will be issued by Ikonic Concepts Sdn Bhd. If the item taken in exchange has a higher value than the item being returned, the difference in value must be paid to Ikonic Concepts Sdn Bhd.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
We are committed and constantly strive to ensure that the products we provide you are of the highest quality. However, if you believe that the product you have purchased has an inherent defect, please email customerservice@ikonic.com.my with the subject: ‘Request to Return Damaged Items’. Please include pictures of the damaged parts and a brief description of the damage.

However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs associated with the return. Once the item is received, we will contact you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp that we have received the product.
- Our quality inspection team will assess the damage. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
- If returned item is determined to have an inherent defect, we will cover the cost of delivering your new product to you.
- If upon assessment, the product is found to be in perfect selling condition, we shall ship it back to you at your own expense.
