Speedo, the world’s leading swim brand, has unveiled, 'Less Gym, More Swim' a new campaign initiative providing professionally curated fitness drills and inspirational content. The latest offering from Speedo aims to inspire fitness communities to add swim into their routines and start reaping the benefits of the original fully body workout.
Engaging 24 different muscle groups, swim-based training not only offers a refreshing way to supplement the typical training environment but also supports development in strength, flexibility, endurance and mental wellbeing, making it a perfect addition for those looking to boost performance in primary sports such as football, golf, running, body building or baseball. Video Swim drills and inspirational content will also support wider disciplines across core strength and body building further showcasing the far-reaching benefits of swim.
Integrating regular swim work outs into existing regimes, holds proven benefits, a OnePoll* survey reporting improved stamina in 87% of participants, with 89% feeling fitter and stronger, when adding swim to their routines*.
